Webmaster has been very ill all week. Official announcement is promised to be posted on a revamped website, early Monday morning, Oct. 13

There's a radio station on Ocean Beach in San Diego that plays a fun mix of music from the 50's, 60's and 70's. This is an oldies website that Vinnie is excited to recommend. Check out RICH BRO RADIO.COM. Most of the music you'll recognize, while other songs you don't hear on many terrestrial oldies stations.

This place can be addicting! Rich 'Brother' Robbin says it best. "Playing all the oldies you love, and hopefully none of the one's you're sick of." To go directly to the webstream and get in on the fun, click the jukebox above.

"Absolutely Everybody" is the undeniably catchy theme song for The Many Moods of Vince Daniels and is performed by Australian singer, Vanessa Amorosi. She maintains a low profile in the music industry.  To enjoy a live performance of this song, just click her picture above. Special thanks to Benjamin for providing this video. Check out his Vanessa Fan Site as well as Vanessa Amorosi's Official Website.

Based on his previous work Regurgitating the Apple, this speech from recent Many Moods guest host, Evan Sayet is over 45 minutes but is well worth the time to help you understand why today's "liberals" think and believe as they do. Says Sayet, "how can they call themself progressives when they aren't advancing toward anything?" This video is from March, 2007 and works best on computers that have Mozilla Firefox. If you have Explorer, be sure it has all the updated flash settings.

My Mother and Father will celebrate their Golden Wedding Anniversary on Saturday, September 27th.

Last Saturday, my brothers and I threw them a party at the Buca di Beppo restaurant and surprised them by inviting some of their good friends.

A tribute page is now up. It includes photos of the party along with a slide show of my parents wedding album plus audio of a talk given by them when they spoke at THE SEARCH retreat weekend 35 years ago on the topic of matrimony. It includes a rare glimpse into my family history. Click the balloon above.

WHAT'S ON THE MANY MOODS?
Now Playing!

Here in July we've added yet 3 more full-length KCAA shows, less the commercials. All of these episodes go back 2 years to the Summer of 2006 when Vinnie was not in the best of health. He relied on outsiders, those close to his show, and one that was close to the radio station.  Case in point: the first time he needed a guest host for The Many Moods he called upon the host of KCAA's "From Left Field," Barry Gordon. If you're listening to this one expecting anything right-wing, sorry.  If there's one thing this show proved, it's that Barry had Nuttin' for Conservatives, as evidenced by two of his guests, former California Governor and Mayor of Oakland, Jerry Brown and L.A. City Attorney, Rocky Delgadillo, both of whom were running for state Attorney General that year.

The following week, Vince asked one of the country's foremost entertainment gurus, Michael Levine to do his show. As it turned out, The Publicist was available. He brought to the table a smattering of different guests from all walks of life, including well-known political commentator, Susan Estrich and a man who in mid-life decided to persue his real passion. Don Barrett is the author of "Los Angeles Radio People" and he talks about what motivated him to start this website called L.A.Radio dot com. Michael also got the chance to interview Crista Curtis and put some tough questions to her concerning her Christian faith.  Then Crista had an even tougher challenge awaiting her as she was given the chance to fill-in and do her own show in August of that unforgettable summer.  You don't want to miss It's the Crista Curtis Show starring Vinnie's pop culture anchor and a supporting cast that included her friends and neighbors, Melissa Ameluxen and Mike Bacich, not to mention a lot of crazy "B" side bumper music.  This was during "the heat storm of 2006" and a discussion of energy consumption is also included.

To get more info on any of these 3 episodes, simply click the yellow graphic above.

Also added are two classic shows featuring Roman Catholic apologists, Tim Staples and Jessie Romero.  Long before Vince Daniels was broadcasting on KCAA, he was on the web at WPMD every Wednesday night.  Over the years this show has been the most requested show to have repeated.  After all these years, Vinnie is finally honoring the many requests to upload and feature Calvary Chapel Meets the Catholics here on Vince Daniels dot com.  It is a nearly 3 hour debate between the apologists for Catholicism and two Biblical scholars from the Calvary Chapel School of Ministry in Costa Mesa, CA., Rob Yardley and Bill Wynn as they tackle the topic of 'Salvation' and the theological question, how does one get to Heaven?   Staples and Romero returned 4 and-a-half months later for a follow-up debate in the wake of news in Boston of the clergy sex abuse scandals.  It was Black Collar Crimes and heading up this criminal organization was Archbishop Bernard Law.  Jessie and Tim returned to face a survivor of abuse, Joe Palumbo-Basile who was joined by Richard Sipe, a former Benedictine Monk and Roman Catholic Priest.  "Celibacy in Crisis" and "Sex, Priests and Power" are among Sipe's best-selling books.

For more info on either The Calvary Chapel or the Black Collar Crimes segments, scroll up to the top banner and click-on the new WPMD button.

For you that are new to our PODCASTS or WPMD pages, if you're unfamiliar with the difference between "on-demand" and "downloading," the on-demand feature is that little device that has a speaker icon on the left and an arrow on the right. Click the arrow and the show will instantly begin to buffer and play. (If you have a slower computer, it could take several seconds or minutes before you hear anything). Below the device it will say DOWNLOAD THIS SHOW (or SEGMENT). This is for you that wish to save it to your computer or make a C.D. for yourself.r>
